Splits off 14 coins of 5 test ADA that fix every contract's identity. Done once; the transaction's ID then becomes part of the setup file.

Announces new settings, signed by the governance keyholder. Price-source changes need 7 days' notice; once the date passes, the keeper applies them automatically.

6. Stock the test token tap
Testers press "Get test tokens" in the app and the bot sends them 1,000 test USDCx and 10,000 test OMEGA. This sends the bot a stock from your wallet: 1,000,000 test USDCx and 10,000,000 test OMEGA (enough for 1,000 testers).

7. Rewards programme and team vesting
The OMEGA rewards vault (35M) and the team's vesting (25M), added after launch. They need two seed coins of their own; their setup steps then appear in section 4.
